Legal Assistant / Secretary with Reception Duties
Full-time or Part-time - Flexible Hours Considered
TSR Legal are proud to be working with a leading UK law firm who are currently seeking a Legal Assistant / Secretary to join their team. This is a varied role that also includes Reception duties, offering the opportunity to work in a supportive and professional environment.
The Role:
* Provide administrative and secretarial support to Lawyers across the firm
* Cover Reception, including greeting clients, managing calls, and handling enquiries
* Prepare, type, and format legal documents and correspondence
* Assist with file management and general office administration
* Support fee earners particularly within the area of Wills & Probate (experience in this area is desirable)
The Candidate:
* Strong typing and IT skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Able to manage multiple tasks and work effectively as part of a team
* Previous legal secretarial or administrative experience is desirable, though not essential
* Experience within Wills & Probate is preferred
