What You’ll Be Doing:
* Supporting day-to-day finance operations within the business
* Preparing and managing sales invoices, receipts, and credit control tasks
* Handling purchase invoices, employee expenses, and monthly payment runs
* Keeping financial records accurate and up to date (bank and debtor reconciliations)
* Assisting with the month-end process and external audits
* Managing timesheets and supporting with reporting
* General office admin and ad-hoc support as needed
What We’re Looking For:
* A solid foundation in finance or bookkeeping
* Confident using MS Excel and Word
* Familiar with accounting software (any platform)
* Clear communicator with strong attention to detail
* Organised and able to manage multiple tasks independently
