Key Responsibilities
* Provide day‑to‑day support to business users for queries related to student records and associated systems.
* Investigate and resolve issues involving UCAS, SLC, UKVI integrations and regulatory submissions (HESA).
* Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure critical business processes continue to function effectively and meet performance expectations.
* Support testing and validation of platform upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
* Report issues and resolutions, process changes, and update documentation as needed.
* Liaise with other university teams and external partners to troubleshoot and, if necessary, escalade issues.
Qualifications and Experience
* Experience supporting enterprise systems within higher education or a similar regulated environment.
* Familiarity with student records systems and integrations with UCAS, SLC, and UKVI.
* Good understanding of software testing practices and change management.
* Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities effectively.
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills and a commitment to service excellence.
