How you’ll make an impact: Reporting to Hiring Manager, this role is accountable for planning, organizing and managing all activities associated with onboarding an NDC carrier, from contract signature through to general availability. Your role in action: Track and communicate project status, risks, dependencies and updates to internal and external stakeholders, including senior management. Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and manage changes to the project. Identify, track and manage key measures of success. Develop and maintain a strong team spirit by promoting collaboration, customer focus, communication, and respect. Maintain excellent relationships with key airline stakeholders and with key internal stakeholders, including the Air Partners, Product and Technology teams. Ensure alignment of goals, onboarding resources and timelines for Travelport and Airline Partners. Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement of the onboarding process. Could this be you? Proven track record of successfully managing complex IT projects involving both internal and external stakeholders. Demonstrable project management expertise supported by a relevant qualification such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2. Experience working in a technology and/or travel-related business is an advantage. Experience working in the context of software development and agile methodologies. Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to cut through complexity, identify key issues, and apply sound judgement. Ability to develop strong customer relationships through a consultative approach. Strong team player. Excellent presentation skills, with confidence that engage the audience. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with an ability to adapt approach and style to suit the audience.
