What Youll Be Doing
* Carrying out responsive maintenance in customers homes with care, respect, and professionalism
* Ensuring a first-time fix where possible — saving time for both you and the customer
* Working across a range of joinery and multi-trade tasks
* Using your mobile device to manage and update job details while working remotely
* Delivering excellent service, every time — homes left clean, safe, and completed to a high standard
What Youll Need
* NVQ Level 2 in Joinery (or equivalent experience)
* A full UK driving licence (clean)
* Experience working in domestic properties
* The ability to handle basic multi-trade tasks to support first-time fix
* A friendly, respectful approach to customers and colleagues alike
* Willingness to go the extra mile for the community
