What You’ll Do
AsRestaurant Manager, you will:
* Oversee the day-to-day runningof all Food & Beverage and retail operations, deputising for the F&B Manager when required
* Lead by example, ensuring service is consistently delivered to the highest standards
* Train, support and motivate your team, embedding best practices across the department
* Drive sales growthand monitor profit performance, taking action to meet or exceed budget targets
* Ensure compliancewith Health & Safety, liquor licensing, and food hygiene standards
* Contribute to menu and retail development, supporting seasonal updates and innovation
* Take shared responsibility for the success ofall on-site F&B operationsincluding dining, retail and events
Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a confident, motivated leader with:
* Minimum 3 years’ F&B management experience, ideally in a branded F&B operation
* APersonal Licence Holderqualification (essential)
* Proven ability inrecruiting, training, and developing team
* Strong knowledge ofstock control, GP management, and visual merchandising
* Excellentcommunication, organisational and leadership skills
* A successful track record ofdeputising and supporting profitable F&B operations
* Solid understanding ofHealth & Safety and compliance requirements
