Our incredibly committed Teaching and Learning team here at East Coast College, are looking for a passionate and visionary Quality Lead to champion outstanding teaching, learning, and assessment across all subject areas and departments. Overseeing and coordinating the effectiveness and compliance of our quality framework, you will ensure that Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) across the college is robust and consistently applied. Working collaboratively with IQAs and Heads of Department, you will monitor the quality of standardisation, sampling, and observations, providing the high-level oversight necessary to meet all awarding body requirements. While supporting the wider team, you will act as a key point of contact for External Quality Assurance (EQA) as required, ensuring that assessment practices remain transparent and audit-ready. Your ability to engage, support, and guide staff will be put to excellent use as you help maintain and improve standards across our FE provision.
