Based in Central Oxford, the successful candidate will be the first point of contact in the office for enquiries, conducting routine administrative processes, and providing general administrative and secretarial support.
Responsibilities
* Being the first point of contact for the office enquiries, in person, by email, post and telephone, responding or referring to others as appropriate
* Processing forms and preparing letters
* Maintenance of physical and online noticeboards
* Routine maintenance of office records, including filing and data entry
* Handling routine paperwork
* Assisting with the recruitment processes of students
* Providing support in administering examinations and assessments
* As required, providing administrative and secretarial support to other members of the team
* To develop knowledge and understanding of the legislative and regulatory framework
