Senior Architect job in Liverpool leading the design and delivery of residential, commercial, and mixed-use schemes, from heritage re-use to new-build as part of a multidisciplinary team taking projects from first sketch to handover.

Role & Responsibilities
* Lead and manage residential and commercial projects through all RIBA work stages
* Liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and internal/external consultants
* Produce detailed architectural drawing packages, specifications, and construction documentation independently
* Act as Contract Administrator (JCT Minor Works & RIBA Domestic Contracts)
* Conduct site inspections to ensure technical compliance and quality standards
* Work within project budgets and timelines with commercial awareness.
Required Skills & Experience
* 5+ years of experience post qualification
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Proactive mindset with a drive for continual improvement
* Experience across residential and commercial sectors
* Ability to lead and support team collaboration
* Full UK Driving Licence required.
