Role Description
Are you a confident, results-driven sales professional with a passion for print and signage? We're looking for an enthusiastic Sales Account Manager to join our growing team in Surbiton and take charge of driving new business while delivering exceptional service to existing clients.
In this role, you'll play a key part in growing our client base, maximising sales opportunities, and managing projects from brief to delivery. Your focus will be on developing strong, long-term relationships with clients, identifying their needs, and providing tailored solutions that showcase our full range of print and signage capabilities.
Key responsibilities include:
* Proactively sourcing and converting new business leads
* Managing and growing key client accounts
* Handling end-to-end project management for print and signage orders
* Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and delivery
* Meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets
* Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
Qualifications
* Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
* Account Management and Lead Generation skills
* Experience in sales, preferably in the signage or printing industry
* Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
