Role Overview
As a Business Support Assistant at one of our care homes, you will provide administrative support to managers and colleagues within your team and across the organization.
Your responsibilities include handling enquiries, managing diaries and meetings, raising purchase orders, checking and processing invoices, supporting staff recruitment and training, and building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
The role requires covering reception duties, responding to telephone and face-to-face enquiries, and demonstrating excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to high standards.
Working hours are 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday, on-site at Southfields, NN3.
Candidate Requirements
* Good numeracy and literacy skills
* Previous administrative experience
* Proficiency with IT systems for document production, information management, and resource monitoring
* Experience in an office or similar environment is advantageous
* Availability to work on-site Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm
This role is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and requires an enhanced DBS check, at our cost. It is a regulated activity, subject to a Children and Adults Barred List check.
