Job Summary
Join my client who are in an exciting growth period and expanding their collective of exceptional children's homes.
They are committed to raising the bar in residential childcare. Their homes are safe, warm, and full of heart – and they need a Registered Manager who leads with grit, humour and unwavering standards.
The Role
They are looking for a Registered Manager who can:
* Lead from the front – inspire your team, hold the line on quality, and keep the vibe strong.
* Own the mission – deliver truly child-centred care that supports healing, growth, and hope.
* Nail the paperwork without losing your soul – compliance, safeguarding, and audits are second nature to you.
* Handle pressure like a pro – because this role isn’t easy, but it’s worth every ounce of effort.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Running the home like it’s your own – with love, pride, and leadership.
* Managing placements, care plans, staffing, and strategic goals.
* Building a team culture that screams excellence (and never burnout).
* Being Ofsted-ready every single day – not just when they knock.
* Championing young people’s voices and smashing outcomes.
What We’re Looking For
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (Children & Young People Residen-tial)
* Experience as a Deputy or Registered Manager
* Ofsted experience
* Safeguarding lead with the confidence to lead from the front
* Emotionally intelligent, emotionally available, and not afraid of big feelings
* You get how to balance nurture, boundaries, and promote an ambitious, driven, posi-tive team culture
