We're looking for a full-time Chef to join our close-knit, proudly female-led team at The Yan, our independent bistro with rooms in the heart of the Lake District. Our food is delicious, nostalgia inducing and most importantly food that we want to eat.

We have a strong relationship with Kendal College and actively support team members who want to achieve professional catering qualifications alongside their role.

What You'll Get

* 100 percent of service charge and tips shared equally
* In 2025, service charge equated to approximately £2.70 extra per hour, around £5,000 additional per year for full-time staff
