This is a Permanent Part Time vacancy at hours ( FTE) per fortnight.
As a Clinical Nurse Specialist – Community Health, you will lead and manage a dedicated community health nursing team, collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver high-quality, accessible services to the local community. Your position will involve providing clinical support and guidance while ensuring nursing standards are upheld within the designated area. Focusing on vulnerable children and families in the Warren Blackwood District, you will coordinate primary health care initiatives and enhance clinical practice among multidisciplinary teams.
Ideal Candidate:
1. Registered Nurse with a strong background in community health nursing.
2. Proven experience in clinical leadership and team management.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
4. Strong understanding of relevant legislation, policies, and public sector standards.
5. Ability to analyse data for service development and quality improvement.
6. Experience in conflict resolution and fostering a collaborative team environment.
