Job Title: Transport Administrator
Salary: £28,000 per annum
Location: Dartford
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
Integral Staff are delighted to be recruiting for a Transport Administrator to join our client’s busy and expanding logistics team based in Dartford.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with strong organisational and communication skills who is looking to develop their career within a fast-paced transport environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Support the daily operation of the transport department.

Schedule and coordinate deliveries and collections.
*
Maintain accurate records of driver hours, routes, and vehicle usage.
*
Liaise with drivers, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
*
Assist with compliance and documentation related to transport regulations.
*
Handle administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and report preparation.
The Ideal Candidate:
*
Previous experience in a transport or logistics administration role is desirable.
*
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
*
Confident communicator with the ability to work well under pressure.
*
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
*
A team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
