Your Role

* Lead technical delivery of flood risk management, coastal adaptation, and water resource projects.
* Manage multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality outcomes on time and within budget.
* Work on Flood Risk Assessments, Drainage Strategies, SUDS designs, and more.
* Mentor junior engineers and graduates toward professional qualifications.
* Collaborate with project managers to ensure smooth execution and commercial success.
* Drive innovation in river restoration, drainage, and sustainable infrastructure.


What We’re Looking For

* Chartered Engineer with ICE, CIWEM, or similar.
* Strong experience in flood and coast sector design and appraisal.
* Proven ability to lead teams and deliver projects successfully.


Desirable

* Client engagement and stakeholder management skills.
* Familiarity with NEC PSC contracts and FCERM Appraisal Guidance.
* Passion for sustainable solutions and net zero goals.
