THE ROLE
Ancient + Brave has recently launched into Spain, and we have big ambitions for growth in, driven by a busy marketing and content calendar driving brand awareness for our own website, retail partners and Amazon store. We need a self-motivated and organised Marketing Assistant to join our in-house team to help us move fast, say yes to the new opportunities that come our way and to spread the word about Ancient + Brave and the importance of collagen for a Spanish audience.

Key Responsibilities
Reporting to Marketing Manager, Spain you will be responsible for the following:

Set Up

* Web audit and copy review
* Organize and create 'Brand Bible in Spanish' (complete toolkit with approved claims per product)
* Build FAQs for Customer Service
* Help Customer Service with Spanish concerns
* Marketing set-up: Email Flows translation and localisation
* Translations for: Website / Amazon / UGC / Influencers scripts
* Monitor comments on influencer posts and co-ordinating a response via A+B Instagram where required
* Translate Affiliate Programme requirements
* Complete Sales Report to follow-up KPIs
* Maintaining marketing calendar and co-ordinating between teams

Brand Awareness

* Approve UGC / Influencers
* Brief Paid Ads (for Meta and Google)
* translation and brief to design team
* Brief Nutritionist on paid ads needed and verify / approve the content
* Support on influencer and podcast activity
* Product send-out (Influencers/partners)
* Review follow-ups (Amazon coupon)

Engagement + Partnerships

* Research and contact appropriate brands to partner with at events, newsletters and on Insta (eg with competitions) to help get samples to new potential customers and grow both Insta followers and our newsletter database
* Manage community groups (eg running clubs, swimming clubs, yoga studios, etc), researching who to contact for gifting samples and partnering on events to generate content (tagging our Instagram)
* Manage sample product orders (for influencers, partners, events, press and media), track delivery to ensure they arrive on time and record spend against monthly samples budget number
* Support with event organisation, including attendee lists, sending out invites, production of marketing materials and logistics of getting product and materials to events

Growth + Reporting

* Product Shoots (Photo and Video) - all organisation
* Data and Insights Report - Website, Subscriptions, Product Mix, Top 10 Product Sales
* Sprout - social media reporting, competitor insights, tracking
* Weekly reports

Who You Are
To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills / knowledge / experience:

* Spanish native speaker with strong written skills in both English & Spanish
* Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and work to deadlines
* Able to communicate effectively within a team to co-ordinate multiple stakeholders and get the job done
* Interest in consumer marketing & the wellness space
* Marketing Background: at least 1 experience in marketing, ideally within the wellness industry, with D2C consumer brand (s) but open to agency side brand building experience

Our Interview Process and What You Can Expect:

Application Review:
We'll start by reviewing your CV/application to ensure it's a good fit for the role.

Initial Phone Call (circa 15-20 minutes):
You'll have a brief introductory chat with Ellie, our Talent Partner. We'll discuss your experience, your career aspirations and explore how your values align with ours.

Video Interview (circa 30 minutes):
The next step is a virtual interview with the hiring manager, via Google Meet. This will be an introductory conversation featuring experience-based and competency-based questions. It's also a great time to ask any initial questions you have

Interview Task:
You'll receive a task via email which you can prepare at home. This will form part of the discussion for the in-person interview. This will allow us to get a better understanding of your experience, skills and ways of working.

* In-Person Interview minutes): The final stage is an in-person interview at our Lewes office. You'll meet with the hiring manager and one other team member and present your interview task and answer competency questions. This is also your opportunity to ask us any remaining questions.

Please Note:

* This role requires full time working at our stunning Lewes offices. Please apply only if you're within a reasonable commute. There will be an option to work from home one day per week after successful completion of your probationary period.
* We're not seeking recruitment support for this role at this time.
