Job Description:
Sales Ledger Officer - 12-Month Contract (Maternity Cover)
* 30.5 hours per week
* Location: Hemel Hempstead
* Salary: £25,000-£26,900 per annum FTE (£13-£14.00 per hour)
* Role: Maternity cover for a well-established West Wales business
* Key Responsibilities:
o Handling customer sales enquiries
o Raising sales invoices and credit notes
o Supporting audit and month-end processes
o Resolving pricing issues and invoicing queries with customers and sales teams
* Requirements:
o Experience in a finance-based role, with training available for strong administrators with invoicing or financial training such as AAT or bookkeeping courses
* This role is 100% office-based.
* Hours are flexible and may be increased for the right candidate.
