Responsibilities
You will lead a team to deliver comprehensive commercial contract services, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, and advising on legal queries. Emphasizing technological solutions, you will support your team in taking ownership of contracts and work closely with the client’s in-house legal team to ensure high-quality service and strong client relationships.
