Sciensus ae seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team.
This is a permanent position, hybrid work, coming into our London (Paddington) office at least 2 days a week.
As our new Digital Marketing Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in making our vision a reality—by shaping the digital experiences that connect patients, clinicians and partners with the care they need.
You'll be the driving force behind our digital presence—optimising our website, elevating our campaigns and ensuring that every click, visit and interaction aligns with our brand, our values and our growth ambitions.

What you'll lead & deliver -
Website Management & Optimisation - Take full ownership of our website. From creating landing pages to managing content, ensuring compliance, and collaborating on UX improvements—you'll make sure our digital shop window is always at its best.
Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) - Drive visibility and organic growth. You'll lead keyword research, on-page improvements, technical audits and performance tracking to ensure we reach and convert the right audiences.
Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) - Use analytics, heatmaps and A/B testing to spot opportunities and improve user journeys—optimising every touchpoint for engagement and lead generation.
Organic Social Media - Bring our brand to life across our social channels. Manage the content calendar, create posts, coordinate with content teams and keep our story relevant and compelling.
Paid Media Campaigns -Support and increasingly lead campaign activity across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and beyond. Working hand-in-hand with our digital agency partners, you'll help drive measurable ROI and continual improvement.
Digital Analytics & Insights - Turn data into direction. From dashboards to campaign analysis, you'll translate performance metrics into actionable insights that shape ongoing strategy.
Agency Management - Act as the main point of contact for our digital delivery partners—clear briefs, aligned timelines and strong collaboration will all be under your leadership
Digital Strategy Development - Bring new ideas, emerging trends and innovative tools to the table. As your influence grows, you'll help shape our digital roadmap and evolve how we show up online.
What you bring -
Proven digital marketing experience (B2B/healthcare/life sciences a bonus)
Hands-on CMS experience—WordPress, HubSpot or similar
Strong SEO foundations with a track record of measurable improvements
Solid understanding of organic social and content trends
Confidence with Google Analytics, Search Console and SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs etc.)
A data‑driven mindset with excellent analytical skills
Experience briefing, managing and reviewing agency work
Outstanding communication and project management abilities
Knowledge of regulated digital marketing environments (desirable)
