Job Title: Plumber (Multi-Skilled) | Location: Stockport | Rate: £22 per hour CIS | Contract: Long-term temporary (6+ months) | Start: Immediate
Our client, a leading Social Housing provider, is seeking a time served Plumber to work on domestic properties across the Stockport area.
Overview
You will be responsible for carrying out plumbing maintenance and repairs across domestic properties within the borough. Multi-trade skills such as plastering and tiling will be advantageous.
Key Requirements
* NVQ or equivalent qualification in Plumbing
* Basic skills in plastering and tiling (preferred)
* Previous experience in social housing maintenance and repairs
* Full UK Driving Licence (maximum of 3 points)
