Audit Senior Manager - Hospitality, Retail & Leisure Portfolio
£75,000 - £90,000 + Market-Leading Benefits | City of London | 3 Days in Office / 2 WFH
Are you an experienced Audit Senior Manager looking for a portfolio that keeps you sharp, varied, and at the heart of some of the most dynamic sectors in the UK? This privately-owned, rapidly growing City firm is seeking a proven leader to take charge of an exciting client base across hospitality, retail, leisure, and related industries - both listed and non-listed.
The Role
* Manage a portfolio of 20-30 clients with fees between £500k-£1m.
* Work across IFRS and FRS 102 engagements.
* Lead audits for a mix of listed businesses and ambitious private companies.
* Directly contribute to business development from day one.
* Mentor and develop a high-performing, close-knit team.
* Play a key role in the firm's succession plan, with a clear pathway to RI.
What We're Looking For
* ACA or ACCA qualified with substantial UK audit experience.
* Proven track record working with varied portfolios - ideally not just one large client.
* Big 4 managers looking for breadth or mid-tier managers with listed experience will both be considered.
* Strong technical knowledge and commercial acumen.
* Confident in building lasting client relationships and spotting growth opportunities.
