Job Description
Inpatient Weekend Physiotherapist position at Oxford Manor Hospital. This is a bank role on an ad‑hoc basis, working during weekends as required.
Responsibilities
* Deliver evidence‑based, safe, effective, caring and well‑led clinical care on the wards, meeting patients’ needs.
* Continuously monitor the standard of treatment and ensure best practice.
* Maintain compliance with all professional, clinical and integrated governance standards.
* Participate in clinical audit and other quality assurance processes.
* Work as part of a team with support from senior physiotherapists and on‑site management.
Qualifications
* BSc in Physiotherapy or equivalent and registration with the Health and Care Professions Council.
* Relevant experience in elective orthopaedics.
* Evidence of further professional training and continual professional development.
* Strong communication skills to engage effectively with patients and other healthcare professionals.
* Competent IT user with strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
