Job Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with Service Executives to align the training solution required for a customer to deploy Workday
* Point of contact for Education contract reviews from EMEA based customers
* Partner with the local sales teams to ensure that Education is appropriately represented in all sales conversations
* Serve as a key escalation point for customer satisfaction issues
* Analyse the EMEA sales pipeline to identify key sales opportunities
* Support customer requests for guidance around training recommendations both directly with customers and through Workday’s customer facing teams in EMEA
* Provide support to both the EMEA and Global Education teams on customer demand to detail Workday
* Education capacity needs
* Assist the Global Workday Education Services Executive team in developing new programs to assist in selling Education offerings
Job Requirements/Qualifications:
* 5+ years in a Business Development, Education or Professional Services sales role
