Liquid Personnel is recruiting an Occupational Therapist to join its client’s Adult Social Care (Reablement Pilot) Team at Gloucestershire. Our client is seeking six full‑time Occupational Therapists to join the Adult Social Care service on a 4‑month temporary contract. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a pilot reablement project, supporting adults to maintain independence and wellbeing within the community. Contract Length: 4 months Hours: Full‑time, 37 hours per week Positions Available: 6 What will your responsibilities be? In this role, you will: Work autonomously within the Adult Social Care team, completing holistic occupational therapy assessments in people’s own homes Identify occupational performance challenges impacting independence and daily living Support individuals to prevent, reduce, and delay the impact of disability and long‑term health conditions Deliver reablement‑focused, strengths‑based interventions that promote wellbeing and independence Work collaboratively with social care colleagues to inform care needs assessments Build effective partnerships with individuals, voluntary services, and community organisations Support the Adult Helpdesk by contributing to referrals as required This role involves county‑wide travel, therefore a clear and valid UK driving licence is essential.
