Polish Speaking Support Worker
Pay rate: £14.50 per hour (Monthly Pay)
Shift Pattern: 8am-5pm Tuesday and Thursdays (18 hours per week)
Were looking for the right person to join our care team and support a creative, community-loving individual living with their family in Southampton.Following a cardiovascular accident, this person experiences weakness on the right side of their body, along with some cognitive and short-term memory challengesbut these dont define who they are.What truly stands out is their passion for art and drawing and their love for getting out into the community in their wheelchair.To help make the most of these outings, were seeking someone local to Southampton who knows the area and holds a full UK driving licence. Being able to drive is key to supporting their independence and enjoyment of life.
Enriching activities will be an important factor in your support, and you will bring a wonderfully empathetic approach to truly make a difference to this persons life. You will also need to bring previous experience with you in the following:
