Job Description The Payments Assistant will provide clerical support for the Payments Section Requirements Process transactions on the Financial Management System (FMS) Complete the scanning and filing of documentation related to the FMS – AR, AP & PMS Operate the telephone helpline (as assigned) Administer the mail in and mail out for the service Administer goods receipting (GRN) actions on the FMS – Procurement Management System (PMS) Assist with the administration and development of other Payments systems Assist with training as required Actively participate in the team meetings The Individual Clerical/administration experience 3 SQA standard grades or equivalent at level 3 or above including English and Arithmetic Procedural skills Effective organisational skills Knowledge of word-processing and spreadsheet applications, preferably Microsoft Word and Excel.
