CNC Turner / Miller (TurnMill Experience) Location: St Neots, Cambridgeshire Salary: £32000 - £40000 About the Role We are seeking an experienced CNC Turner / Miller to join a leading precision engineering company in St Neots. The successful candidate will have proven CNC turning and milling experience, ideally with TurnMill machinery, and the ability to work to tight tolerances within a fast-paced production environment. This role offers the opportunity to work with modern CNC technology, including multi-axis machinery and a wide variety of components across different industries. Responsibilities Program, set, and operate CNC lathes and mills, including TurnMill machinery. Work on Doosan Puma TT 1800SY machines with Y-axis and C-axis capability. Use Fanuc online controls and AlphaCAM offline programming. Produce high-quality precision components from engineering drawings. Maintain accuracy and efficiency across small batch and repeat production runs. Conduct first-off inspections and ensure components meet strict quality standards. Work collaboratively as part of a cell of 3 machines, contributing to production targets. Adhere to all health, safety, and housekeeping standards. Skills & Experience Required Strong background in CNC Turning and CNC Milling. Experience with TurnMill machinery (essential). Programming experience with Fanuc controls (AlphaCAM advantageous). Proven ability to interpret engineering drawings and work to tight tolerances. Flexible and proactive approach to work. Strong mechanical knowledge and use of precision measuring equipment. Working Hours Monday – Thursday: 8:00am – 5:00pm Friday: 8:00am – 4:00pm Overtime available: Weekdays at standard rate Saturday at x1.5 Sunday at x2 Benefits Competitive salary (high £30,000s DOE).
