Sales Negotiator – Arnold
Salary: £22,500 basic (Negotiator) / £25,000 basic (Senior)
Guaranteed Earnings: £30,000–£35,000 for the first 6 months
Hours:
* Mon–Fri: 8.45am–5.30pm
* Saturday: 9am–3pm (every other Saturday)
* When working a Saturday, you receive a day off in the week
About the Role
A well‑established, reputable estate agency in Arnold is looking for a confident, motivated Sales Negotiator to join their growing team. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment and enjoys helping people move home.
You’ll be the face of the branch — registering applicants, conducting viewings, negotiating offers and supporting sales through to completion. The business offers strong progression, a supportive team culture and a guaranteed earnings package for your first six months while you build your pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
* Registering applicants and matching them to suitable properties
* Conducting viewings and delivering excellent customer service
* Negotiating offers and securing the best outcomes for buyers and vendors
* Progressing sales through to completion with regular communication
* Building strong relationships with clients and local partners
* Generating new business opportunities and promoting additional services
* Supporting the wider branch with day‑to‑day activity
* Working to agreed KPIs and sales targets
About You
* Experience in estate agency sales is preferred (senior level requires proven experience)
* Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
* Customer‑focused, proactive and commercially minded
* Organised, able to manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively
* Positive attitude and a team‑player approach
* Full UK driving licence
