Responsibilities
* Operate and monitor a portfolio of delivery partners, ensuring contractual compliance, KPI achievement, and adherence to IPS and SEQF fidelity standards.
* Lead employer engagement activities in an allocated area, engaging directly with owners, directors and senior managers to promote the programme and secure employment opportunities for participants.
* Line‑manage Employer Engagement Officers to coordinate effective job‑outcome generation.
Qualifications and Skills
* Strong leadership and communication abilities, including report writing, presentation and interpersonal skills across varied environments.
* Capability to interpret and implement complex legislation and funding rules for new service set‑up.
* In-depth knowledge of employer engagement approaches, labour market dynamics and barriers faced by employers when recruiting and retaining individuals with additional needs.
* Excellent influencing and persuasive skills to build relationships, generate opportunities and support delivery of programme outcomes.
* Ability to commute comfortably across the local area for client visits and meetings.
