Overview
Greet guests, take orders, and ensure every customer has a positive dining experience.
Responsibilities
* Work closely with kitchen and other front-of-house staff to ensure smooth operations, especially during busy times.
* Keep restaurant and serving areas clean and tidy, maintaining hygiene and cleanliness standards.
* Familiarise yourself with the menu, daily specials, and promotions to answer guest questions and make recommendations.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a restaurant, fast food or customer service role or as a waiter or waitress is a plus but not required.
* Strong communication skills and a positive, guest-oriented attitude.
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
