Description
Manage reception area, including greeting visitors and responding to telephone and in-person requests for information.
Handle all administrative duties for the organisation.
Maintain an organised filing system of paper and electronic documents.
Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings.
Uphold the positive image of the organisation at all times.
Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, events, and conferences.
Support other teams with various administrative tasks.
Perform ad-hoc tasks as required.Profile
A successful Part-time Receptionist should have:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Hands-on experience with office equipment.
Professional attitude and appearance.
Solid written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
Excellent organisational skills.
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks.
Customer service attitude.Must be able to work the hours of Mon - Weds, from 3.45pm to 7.45pm
