Sales Administrator

South Birmingham (Edgbaston / Solihull corridor)

Full-Time | Office-Based | 9.00am - 5.30pm, Monday to Friday

I'm currently recruiting on behalf of a highly successful and well-established SME manufacturing and distribution business with a strong reputation in its market.

This is an opportunity to join a thriving, privately owned company known for quality, reliability and long-standing customer relationships. You'll be joining a small, friendly and supportive team where people genuinely enjoy working together, offering a positive culture with a real family feel.

This is a fully office-based, varied role that would suit someone who enjoys speaking with customers daily, building relationships and playing an active part in supporting sales growth.


The Role

As Sales Administrator, you will be at the heart of the sales function, ensuring orders are processed efficiently and customers receive a first-class service experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Accurately receiving and processing customer orders
* Verifying order details and product information
* Managing incoming sales enquiries
* Communicating with customers to resolve queries
* Maintaining and updating customer records
* Supporting the wider team to achieve sales and performance targets

This is a role for someone who enjoys watching customer relationships grow and flourish and takes pride in being organised, proactive and dependable.


About You

* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Experience in order processing and sales administration
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
* Confident using office systems and handling documentation
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
* Experience within manufacturing or distribution would be advantageous, where you've dealt with advising on supply chain and stock enquiries
