Role Overview:
As a Residential Conveyancing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the conveyancing team. This role involves handling a variety of administrative tasks to ensure the smooth progress of property transactions from start to finish. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assisting conveyancers with the management of residential property transactions.
2. Opening, closing, and maintaining client files in accordance with compliance standards.
3. Preparing and drafting legal documentation, including contracts and correspondence.
4. Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other third parties to progress transactions.
5. Conducting searches, obtaining title documents, and ensuring all necessary checks are completed.
