About the Role
As a Support Worker, you will:
* Support individuals to take part in meaningful activities that promote independence, learning, and social inclusion.
* Encourage choice, dignity, and respect in everyday life.
* Assist with personal care where required.
* Help service users develop skills and take part in community activities such as arts, cooking, gardening, sports, and outings.
* Work as part of a dedicated team to create a safe, supportive, and positive environment.

* Experience in care or support work is desirable but not essential – full training will be provided.
