An exciting position has arisen to join the Constabulary Estates and Facilities Team to take the lead on all aspects of soft services facilities management.
.
You will directly manage an in-house catering team located throughout Cumbria. You will also use your contract management skills to lead on all cleaning, grounds maintenance, utilities management and other soft FM related activity.
.
The post holder will be responsible for ensuring that all FM services are delivered to the highest standard of quality and efficiency.
.
You will be able to hit the ground running and demonstrate a passion for improving processes and FM functions.
.
You should have experience in a leadership role in facilities management, have a proven track record in improving FM services and strong people management skills.
