A top 100 law firm is looking to recruit a Commercial Property / Real Estate lawyer at Associate, Senior Associate, or Partner level to join its Kent office. This is a high-profile role supporting a diverse range of corporate and institutional clients.
The Role: * Advise on commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and asset management * Provide property-related support on corporate transactions and wider commercial matters * Build and maintain strong client relationships, contributing to business development * Collaborate across the firm to deliver practical, commercial advice
You: * Qualified solicitor with strong experience in commercial property / real estate law * Comfortable handling transactional, asset management, and corporate advisory work * Commercially minded with excellent client relationship and business development skills * Ambitious and motivated to progress within a top-tier regional and national platform
