Role Description
We’re looking for a creative, independent, and Web3-savvy Marketing Specialist to join us on a fractional or part-time basis. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong visual eye and solid technical marketing skills who thrives in a fast-paced B2B environment.
You’ll work closely with the CEO and core team to execute both inbound and outbound marketing strategies, create standout visuals, and help grow Semoto’s brand presence across channels.
Key Responsibilities
Design and produce visual content (graphics, pitch decks, social media assets, short videos)
Execute and refine SEO strategies to boost organic visibility
Contribute to inbound marketing via blogs, landing pages, newsletter content, and more
Support outbound efforts by crafting engaging email and LinkedIn campaigns
Manage content distribution across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and Telegram
Help track and optimize marketing performance with creative insights and A/B testing
Skills & Qualifications
Strong visual and graphic design skills (Figma, Canva, or similar tools)
Proven ability to drive SEO improvements and manage inbound marketing funnels
Experience implementing outbound strategies using tools like Snov.io or similar
Creative thinker with a knack for storytelling and brand positioning
Familiarity with B2B sales cycles and buyer personas
Hands-on experience in Web3 or blockchain-related marketing is required
Comfortable working independently, managing multiple small projects
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Compensation & Structure
Flexible part-time structure: ~10–20 hours/week depending on availability
Fully remote with async collaboration
Competitive compensation based on experience and scope of engagement
