We are recruiting for a well-established engineering company in Verwood with over 40 years of experience, renowned for customer excellence and responsiveness in supplying complex, quality-critical precision machined components and assemblies.
The Customer Account Coordinator acts as the primary contact between the supplier and the customer.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer accounts comprehensively.
Role Responsibilities
The role involves closely monitoring and developing customer expectations regarding On Time Delivery, Quality, and Costs, with suitable KPIs in place to track performance. This information will drive change and improvements.
* Track potential delays and inform the customer early of any risks.
* Communicate across different levels and liaise with relevant departments.
* Participate in daily production meetings to support the timely completion and delivery of components.
* Raise and manage purchase orders and parts at treatment facilities.
* Manage company logistics.
Role Requirements
* Experience in Aerospace or Engineering is essential.
* Proficient in IT skills, including Excel and manufacturing systems such as MRP/SAP.
* Good communication, negotiation skills, and a strong business acumen.
Hours: 39 hours per week; Monday to Thursday 7:30 am - 4:30 pm, Friday 7:30 am - 12:30 pm.
Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
