This is a fantastic opportunity to join their busy Packing Department as a Team Leader, playing a key role in keeping operations running smoothly and ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead & Supervise: Reporting directly to the Packing Supervisor, you'll manage a team of both permanent and temporary staff, guiding them to meet and exceed performance targets.
* Task Management: Ensure all tasks are completed on time, to the highest quality standards, and in the most cost-effective way.
* Flexibility & Adaptability: Be prepared to adapt to changing client demands and provide holiday cover when needed.
* Motivate & Inspire: Foster a positive and productive work environment, setting the standard through your own dedication and work ethic.
* Meet Deadlines: Manage time and resources effectively to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
