At the heart of this unique estate is an organic Home Farm and biodynamic Market Garden, providing an extraordinary variety of ingredients grown just steps from the kitchen. You’ll work closely with the growers to design seasonal menus inspired by what’s thriving in the soil, crafting dishes that embody modern British fine dining with integrity and imagination.
Guided by a Culinary Director renowned for a philosophy of simplicity, seasonality, and sustainability, this role offers the freedom to shape a menu that evolves with the land.

Key Responsibilities

* Ensure consistency, quality, and precision across every service
* Adapt menus seasonally, reflecting the freshest available produce
* Uphold sustainability, provenance, and kitchen excellence at all times
About You
You’re a passionate Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef ready to take the next step in a Michelin Green Star or fine dining environment. You have:
* A deep respect for seasonality and sustainability
* Experience creating produce-led, modern British cuisine
* Strong leadership and mentoring skills
* A calm, collaborative approach and attention to detail
