About the Department
This is an excellent opportunity to join the technical team in the Department of Media, Communications and Cultural Studies at Goldsmiths. MCCS is one of the leading media departments of its kind in the world, combining theory and practice across its diverse array of degree programmes.
About the Role
You will oversee our Illustration facilities including print workshop, digital lab and two studios, instructing students and supporting their work, and collaborating with academic staff. Experience of screen printing, etching press, Riso printer, Adobe software and Wacom tablets and touchscreens is essential. Please note interviews will be held on 15 October.
About the Candidate
You'll have a strong holistic knowledge of Illustration skills and printing techniques including book binding, demonstrated by your portfolio of work. You'll be passionate about working with students, enthusiastic about learning new skills, and able to thrive in a collaborative environment. This role will not be eligible for a skilled worker visa certificate of sponsorship.
