Job Summary
Health Care Support Workers will assist clients with daily essentials, provide companionship, and deliver high-quality care that makes a meaningful difference. No prior experience is required — full induction and training are provided.
Key Responsibilities
* Visit clients in their homes across Gateshead and Birtley
* Assist with personal care (washing, dressing, meals, medication)
* Provide companionship and emotional support
* Help clients live independently and with dignity
* Maintain accurate records and follow safeguarding procedures
Training and Support
* Full induction and hands‑on care training
