As a nurse, you will provide swift and decisive clinical care to ensure our service users are safe and well cared for. Leading from the front, you will uphold the culture and represent the core values of the business at The Willows.
Key Responsibilities of the Nurse Include
1. Assist in the development and delivery of care plans
2. Work as a primary nurse for a group of service users as required by the home manager
3. Participate in clinical meetings and report areas of concern to the manager
4. Support our service users with everyday activities
5. Encourage and assist service users to engage in therapeutic activities and organized events to help increase their skills and independence
The Successful Candidate for the Nurse Position Will Have
1. Current registration with an active NMC pin
2. Experience working with mental health
3. Flexible approach to working hours
4. Good written and verbal communication skills
