We are partnering with a highly ambitious FinTech organisation operating within the pensions space that is entering a major new phase of growth and transformation.
This business has already built strong foundations, established credibility within the market, and developed a product proposition with genuine long-term potential. They are now evolving their platform, proposition, and customer experience to help reshape the industry.
They are seeking an experienced Chief Risk Officer to join the business on a part-time basis (3 days per week) to help define and execute the next stage of their journey.

This role would suit somebody who enjoys operating closely with founders and executive leadership, while also being pragmatic and commercially minded enough to support operational teams in a fast-moving environment.

Key Requirements
Proven senior‑level risk leadership experience
Background within FinTech, WealthTech, InsurTech, pensions, investments, or regulated financial services
Experience building or scaling risk and governance frameworks within growth‑stage or scaling businesses
Strong stakeholder management and strategic communication skills
Commercial awareness combined with customer‑centric thinking
Ability to operate effectively within fast‑moving environments
Experience working closely with engineering, design, compliance, and executive leadership teams
Comfortable balancing strategy with execution
Salary & Working Arrangement
The salary is advertised at £175,000 pro rata for a 3-day-per-week arrangement.
This equates to approximately £105,000 per annum based on a standard 5‑day working week equivalent.
