Sales Support Administrator

Location: Bournemouth, Dorset

Hours: Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm

Salary: £26,000 per annum

The Opportunity

Are you a detailed-oriented professional with an inquisitive mind and a passion for technology? We are currently recruiting for a Sales Support Administrator to join a highly successful global distributor within the technology sector.

The Role

As a Sales Support Administrator, you will be the backbone of the sales cycle, ensuring every customer journey is seamless and efficient. This is a varied role that requires a blend of technical administrative precision and excellent communication skills.

Your key responsibilities will include:

* Sales Lifecycle Management: Crafting accurate client quotations, processing orders, and ensuring all sales data is meticulously maintained.

* First-Class Communication: Acting as a professional first point of contact for inbound enquiries and directing them across the business.

* Logistics & Support: Managing post-sales queries, coordinating customer returns, and assisting with shipping logistics.

* Operational Collaboration: Working closely with the warehouse team during peak periods and collaborating across departments to meet deadlines.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a true collaborator who is motivated by high standards. While experience in technical sectors such as computer hardware, engineering, aviation, or logistics is beneficial, we are primarily looking for someone with the right mindset and a high level of IT literacy.

The successful candidate will demonstrate:
