Overview

Responsibilities
* Stripping, preparation and assembly of multi-cylinder race and rally engines, including Aston Martin engines, V6 turbocharged and four-cylinder turbocharged engines, and the iconic turbocharged flat-4.
* Manage the build process from stripping, cleaning, inspection, preparation, reassembly, dyno and pre-delivery inspection.
* Work on all areas of the engine (e.g., cylinder heads, pumps, throttles).
* Build engines to specification and within homologation tolerances.
* Maintain build records and life‑checking systems; keep engine build records up to date.
* Identify and address quality issues; liaise with engineers as required.
* Support visiting customer teams at workshops or trackside; travel may be required abroad.
Who we are looking for
Our ideal candidate has previous experience within Motorsport, building race or rally engines in a professional engine-building environment. A motor vehicle or engineering qualification is advantageous but not essential. You should be able to work on your own initiative to tight deadlines, be an excellent team worker and be flexible to attend race events if required.
