Overview
To be part of the clerical team in Radiology, making appointment bookings, and dealing with patients mainly by telephone and sometimes in person. You will be expected to do general reception duties as required.
Responsibilities
* Make appointment bookings and carry out occasional reception duties, dealing with patients in person and by telephone.
* Provide high standards of customer care and ensure staff and patients visiting the radiology department are dealt with professionally.
* Based at the Epsom Hospital site in the Radiology Diagnostic Booking Centre, with flexibility to attend St Helier as required by management. The role is full-time, Monday - Friday.
* Support administration and clerical duties in the Radiology department.
* Work collaboratively in a large team and be keen to learn, enjoy a challenge.
Qualifications and Skills
* Excellent communication skills with knowledge of IT and keyboard skills.
* Experience of appointment booking and reception duties is desirable; full training will be given.
