We are recruiting for an experienced Head Chef to lead the kitchen at a beautiful wellness retreat based in Upminster.
This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and steady leader to join an already established and settled team. We are looking for someone who can bring experience, professionalism, and a calm leadership style, integrating smoothly into a well-developed kitchen environment.
The Role: Permanent, full-time position
42.5 hours per week
Shifts include: 7:00am 4:00pm
11:00am 8:00pm
12:00pm 9:00pm
Starting salary of £40,000
About You: Proven experience as a Head Chef
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a settled team
Experience delivering high-quality, fresh food consistently
Organised, calm, and professional approach
Passion for health-focused or wellness-led cuisine (desirable)
Must be able to drive due to the location of the retreat
