The Role
As a Trainee Aftersales Advisor, you will support the Aftersales department by delivering outstanding customer care at every stage of the service and repair process both face to face and over the phone.
The successful candidate will receive full training and support while developing the skills required to provide a professional and efficient reception and administration service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Welcoming customers and managing service bookings
* Accurately capturing customer and vehicle information on the Dealer Management System
* Supporting the sale of service, repair, and additional aftersales products
* Ensuring all service documentation meets company and manufacturer standards
* Handling customer queries and resolving issues professionally
* Supporting workshop efficiency through accurate job allocation and administration
* Promoting additional services such as service plans, warranties and Vehicle Health Checks
* Building strong, lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business

Working Hours
* Monday – Friday: rotating shifts between 07:30 – 18:00 (1-hour unpaid break)
* Saturday: 08:00 – 12:30 (on a rota basis 1 in 4)
